Welcome to item100.com (“item100”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You can register or log in with a password or a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.
You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTP confidential. item100 will never ask for your OTP or password.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your name, phone number and delivery address.
We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, place fake orders or misuse the website.

3. Products and Pricing

We try to show product images, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Actual colour may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Prices, offers and stock availability may change without prior notice.
If a product is listed at a wrong price due to a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.

4. Orders

After you place an order, our team may call or send an SMS to confirm it. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the information provided is incorrect, or we suspect fraud.
If an advance payment was made for a cancelled order, it will be refunded according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Bangladesh.
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or mobile banking details.
For some products or locations, we may ask for the delivery charge or a partial amount in advance.

6. Delivery

Inside Dhaka City: 70 Tk, usually within [1–3] working days
Outside Dhaka: [__] Tk, usually within [3–5] working days
Delivery time may be longer due to holidays, bad weather, political situations or courier delays.
Please be available at the given phone number and address. Repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to cancellation of the order.

7. Checking Your Parcel

Please check your product in front of the delivery person before paying, if possible. If the product is damaged, wrong or missing items, inform us immediately at +880 1355-944683 [within __ hours] of receiving it.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a parcel without a valid reason, you may be asked to pay the delivery charge, and future COD orders may be restricted.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Faulty, damaged or wrong products will be exchanged. Full details on return conditions, timelines and refunds are available in our Refund & Returns Policy.

10. Warranty

Where a product comes with a warranty, the warranty period and conditions will be mentioned on the product page. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, burn marks or misuse.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Place fake orders or orders with false information
Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Copy, reuse or sell any content, images or logos from this website without our permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt or harm the website

12. Intellectual Property

All content on item100.com, including the logo, text, images and design, belongs to item100 or its content providers and may not be used without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

item100 is not responsible for any indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
